Systems Support
Joyent Accelerators are designed and priced for a well-trained operations and systems staff, and at their price point include only minimal support.
Included support issues are:
- Inaccessible accelerator
- Slow performance
- If a stated system-level functionality isn’t working (e.g. a rare one is an empty syslog).
Issues beyond these (userland software support and installations, misconfigurations, application and database level issues et cetera) are covered either under:
- Per incident Accelerator Systems Support (see below for pricing) or;
- Accelerator Scale Services.
You may buy Accelerator Systems Support on an individual basis of $199 per incident (at maximum – up to one hour with aditional hours to be billed at $199 per hour), or one of the discounted annual plans below.
Submitting a support issue that isn’t included will trigger a minimum per incident charge.
