The Joyent Cup Floweth Over!

JET, the Joyent Endurance Team, was out in force these last two weekends. We had 9 participants, 1 volunteer, and 5 fans at Tiburon Triathlon; 3 runners participating in the San Francisco Marathon & Half Marathon and six riders cycling the Marin Century.
Congratulations go out to:
- San Francisco Half Marathon: Aaron Slettehaugh, Michael Lochhead and Michael Hoch.
- Tiburon Triathlon: Chris Arisian, David Young, Jackson West, Kat Gartin and friends, Laurel Reitman, Nima Badiey, Rod Boothby and Tim Eller.
- Marin Century: David Young, Jason Hoffman, Shannon Fiume, Bill Pijewski, Jackson West and Kat Gartin.
All the blood (clam shell cuts), sweat (I think we all did this), and grease (balky bike parts) were not in vain, as everyone finished their events! Some with more stellar times than others, but all carrying the Joyent flag over the finish line.
With the Tib Tri out of the way and some good miles put in by our half-marathoners, that brings the team race tally up to 711 miles by sea and land so far this year. Additionally, the 2011 Joyent Cup in Triathlon went to Jackson West and Laurel Reitman as the fastest man and woman, respectively. High fives all around!
